These Restaurant Projects are Proprietary. We conceptualized them. We gave them their names, theme and identities. The menus were customized based on demographics, location, kitchen equipment and current food trends. The food plating and presentation was carefully planned and engineered.

The service was either quick service, sit-down, counter type, buffet or grab and go.

We either built the restaurants from ground up, refurbished and reconceptualized an old building or utilized pods and food trailers.

All menus and graphics (wraps of trailer and pods) were designed by our Creative and Media Associate.

These are concepts created to attract the type of guests of an independently operated restaurant or a captive market of an amusement park.
