Cabuco, President and CEO, proudly announced that ALVC & Associates have signed a Development Agreement with Sbarro Franchise Co, LLC, an iconic Italian branded concept from Brooklyn, NY to expand its locations in the continental USA particularly in Amusement parks (theme parks, water parks, family entertainment centers) and zoos. 

As Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage at Fun Spot Theme Parks in 2021, he opened a Sbarro in their theme park in Orlando, Florida with successful results.
